The casino has a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of entertainment options. The pools were clean and perfect for lounging. Check-in took way too long, and my room was outdated. Food prices were steep, with a simple burger costing over $20.

The beds at MGM Grand were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day on the strip. Its location is excellent, providing easy access to taxis and nearby attractions, ensuring you won't miss out on the vibrant Las Vegas experience.

Great location and 24-hour reception; pool was closed during my stay.

Super spacious new studio tower rooms with comfy beds. Amazing pool selection and everything was super clean. Great location, close to the strip without the chaos. Friendly staff, especially our housekeeper Luis who always kept our room spotless. Awesome restaurants, L'Atelier was a must-try. Spa facilities were on point too, with massages and a hot tub.

The casino has a lively atmosphere and plenty of entertainment options. I didn't like being charged $22 for a bottle of water in the room. the location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean with comfy beds. You can enjoy lots of fun activities right outside your door.
It wasn't cheap but still fits the budget.

we were disappointed to find that there was no trouser press available in the room, which would have been convenient for keeping our clothes crisp. The paid Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit of a letdown, as the connection was unreliable and made it difficult to work from the room. We also missed having a sitting area in the room to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the strip. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the carpeted floor made the room feel cozy. The room service was prompt and efficient, and we appreciated the option to hire a car through the hotel for exploring the area. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean, but we did have to request a refill of toiletries like conditioner during our stay. the lack of a coffee maker was a downside for us coffee lovers. Valet parking was convenient but slightly overpriced, and we wished there was a welcome drink offered upon arrival to make us feel more welcome. The option for tours or ticket assistance was a nice touch, although we didn't take advantage of it during our stay.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially the bell team and cleaning crew, were friendly and helpful. L'Atelier was a highlight, and the BTS pop-up store was a fun surprise. the room had an unpleasant odor and stains in the shower, with an outdated TV and uncomfortable bed. The lobby smelled strongly of smoke, even in non-smoking areas, and parking payment machines were out of order. A slow start with room issues, like non-working keys and a long wait for help, dampened the experience. Still, the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

I was thrilled with the spacious wellness suite! The pools and lazy river were pure bliss, perfect for cooling off. Plus, I loved the variety of restaurants and shops right inside the hotel!
Totally recommend! 😍🎉

The hotel is just a short stroll from the bustling strip, allowing for easy walks to nearby iconic spots like the MGM Grand and T-Mobile Arena, which are only a few steps away, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot while soaking in the lively atmosphere and vibrant landmarks; the rooms are big and comfortable with excellent air conditioning and clean facilities, but the staff could use a bit more attentiveness.

Convenient location, convenient amenities with easy access to the casino and multiple dining options right on the first floor which made my stay hassle-free and enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about.

Our bathroom flooded, and after switching rooms, there was zero compensation or even an offer for an upgrade. It felt like we were just another number, with no real care from the staff.

The view from my room is stunning and definitely Instagram-worthy. The staff at the front desk was friendly and offered me a complimentary drink for my wait which was a nice touch.
Beware of the mini-bar prices that will make your wallet weep.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring numerous charging points for devices. the lighting was quite poor, making it difficult to apply makeup or use the hairdryer. The air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature down, despite being set to 65 degrees. I appreciated the large, clean bathroom, but there was no mini fridge for personal items, which felt limiting. The TV offered more channels than other resorts. While the lobby was impressive, the noise level from the casino could be distracting at times.

The KA performance was fantastic. Wolfgang Puck delivered solid food, and the birthday dessert was a hit. Wait staff was excellent too. The location is prime; easy access to monorails and a plethora of dining options. the hotel itself is a mixed bag. The room was worn out, and the amenities were lacking. The constant smell of marijuana was unpleasant, and room service was alarmingly slow. Digital keys failed regularly, and my shower needed fixing to prevent flooding. Interactions with staff could have been better—dismissive responses to issues left a sour taste. This experience leans heavily on convenience, but much work is needed in service and upkeep.

Enjoyed the city's buzz and the vast pool area. A cafe with an astonishing variety of drinks and treats, perfect for a quick caffeine fix. The live entertainment spot was a cozy hideaway for a fun night out!
Such an unforgettable pleasure to deal with the lovely, helpful front desk staff. It was like a dream.

The location was convenient as it was situated on one side of the main street, making it less crowded for walking around. The hotel itself had a nice overall aesthetic, adding to the experience of being in the city.
Our room was disappointing - it was dirty upon arrival, and the blinds were broken. The room felt cramped and outdated, reminiscent of a budget cruise ship cabin.

We caught Jabbawockeez live – mind, blowing dance moves! The place was buzzing , wall, to, wall parties, upscale service. Couldn't ask for more on a teenage getaway!
Wish they had more late, night club options for us teens to keep the party going till sunrise! .

Spent xmas at the hotel. Enjoyed the grand architecture and luxurious accommodations, with top-notch dining options and a spa to rejuvenate. The location on the Strip was convenient, and the entertainment options were top-notch. Made for an unforgettable holiday experience.
The room descriptions were misleading, causing discomfort for guests. The customer service was lacking, with issues taking too long to be resolved.

nice pool - restaurants, and bar. friendly staff. loved using the monorail nearby. and found a food court for cheap snacks. my room had a comfy bed and a nice view of the strip past the air-con vents. the hotel was warm - though, and we couldn't control the room temperature.

The staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service, offering room options and making the check-in process easy. The monorail access was incredibly convenient, and the security personnel provided a welcoming and helpful experience, making it easier for us to navigate with a child. The room was spacious, spotless, and surprisingly quiet.
Felt like being at home, no reason to complain.

It was like nothing we've ever seen—the gang's dance moves, the jokes, the music—pure entertainment. The way they move their bods, woah! It's family time like no other.
My kids wished for a bigger kid's play area.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with a strong smoke smell, and the staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue. The noise from the loading dock outside the second room was unbearable. I also encountered problems with payment, cleanliness, and amenities. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our unexpected visit to this hotel as a family with 2 small kids was a pleasant surprise. The check-in process was fast and the staff at the valet parking, bellboy, and registration desk were commendable. The room, with its clean and well-appointed amenities, was a comfortable retreat. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money and freshness. The swimming pool and lazy river were a hit with the kids, and we appreciated the beautiful landscape. The presence of security guards made us feel safe throughout our stay.
We wish the hotel had prioritized its guests during the busy event weekend, especially considering the high cost of staying there. It would have been a nice touch to offer special perks or exclusive experiences for guests, like priority access to the weigh-in or the opportunity to meet a famous person.
